WASTE MANAGEMENT - INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL RATE INCREASE 09/01/12

Waste Management will increase their rate for commercial and industrial customers (no change in the residential rate) by 1.7% due to CPI data effective September 1, 2012.

ISO Fire Rating Change Effective May 1, 2012

The City is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2012 that the ISO Ratings for the City will be revised to lower your Homeowners Insurance Rates. Be sure to contact your Insurance Agent to notify them of the upcoming change, and take advantage of the lower rates!

New Utility Collection Guidelines

Beginning with the October bills, the City will no longer hang yellow reminders on customer's doors for delinquent bills. The pink card will be the final notice. Any unpaid accounts will be disconnected on the date printed on the pink card.

Gunter EDC Receives $99,900.00 Revolving Loan Grant

The GEDC has received a grant from the USDA to loan money to small and emerging businesses in the City of Gunter and its ETJ. These funds are available to existing and new businesses that meet the loan requirements. For more information click on:
